API 7''*8 1/2'' Composite Centralizer Casing
Casing Centralizer
•Casing centralizer is a cementing tool which applied to centralize casing to improving the cementing quality.
•They are designed for High Restoring Force and Low Starting Force for centralizing the casing pipe in a Horizontal and Deviated well.
Spiral Blade Solid Rigid Centralizer
1.Available in sizes 4-1/2" to 20".
2.Reducing the drag force.
3.Reducing flow area.
4.Increase maximum centralization.
Rigid centralizers can be installed on the casing with stop collars or with integral set screws. Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are freely floating there between.
Composite Casing Centraliser is the ultimate in down-hole centralisation, offering field proven lower friction coefficients leading to superior drag and rotational torque reduction. High abrasion resistant proprietary engineered polymer ensures maximum stand-off at TD. Robust enough to meet the challenges of today's most demanding wells.
The composite centralizer is used during running and cementing operations to centralize casing.
Made of advanced composite, the one-piece centralizer has a low coefficient of friction, is heat resistant, and is highly durable.
The composite material performs reliably even in extreme wellbore conditions.
Unlike many plastic centralizers, this centralizer withstands high-impact loading and is highly wear resistant.
The composite centralizer has a smooth, tapered construction to easily pass obstructions in the wellbore, which makes it well suited for horizontal applications.
The centralizer enables casing strings to reach total depth efficiently, provides optimal standoff for mud displacement, and greatly enhances cementing operations.
