API 11AX subsurface sucker rod pumps (including tubing pump and rod pump) are manufactured with advanced technology and equipment imported from the U.S.A and have been granted to use the official API monogram on the pumps an its fittings.
The pumps we offer range from ø 28 to ø 108 mm. Special subsurface sucker rod pumps can be designed and manufactured according to customers' requirements.
features of sucker rod pumps:
1.The inner surface of the pump barrel is processed by carbonization quench and chrome plating technology and the plunger surface is processed with thermal metal spraying technology;
2.The pump meets the requirements of long stroke, high speed and deep production;
3.High pumping efficiency, large displacement, wear and corrosion resistance, long operation and easy repairing.
4. The valve balls and the valve seats made by using high-carbon chromium, stainless or ceramics or tungsten carbide material to achieve longer life span.
5. The plunger surface uses the nickel base alloy powder to spurt welding to achieve good wear-resistance and anti-corrosion ability.
