API 10D Spec Single Piece Bow Spring Centralizer
The latest centralisers are manufactured from a single piece of heat-treated steel giving a hardened and tempered surface that results in greatly reduced torque and drag losses. These centralisers offer high fatigue strength for axial forces and radial side loads on bows during tubular rotation.
Our specially designed Single Piece Centralizer, eliminate the risk of loose part or welding failure as it is all made from one single piece using state of the art manufacturing process and material. Run in close tolerance applications mainly on liners.
Bow spring centralizers, both welded and non-welded, are to help center casing in wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations according to API 10D standard. The sizes cover 4-1/2"~20".

The Single piece centralizer can be installed with 2 stop rings, 1 internal stop ring or casing couplings. The blades, top and bottoms rings are made of one piece to ensure the centralizer s integrity during rig operations. These Centralizers are designed for High Restoring Force and Low Starting Force for centralizing the casing pipe in a Vertical, Horizontal and Deviated well.
Premium quality Bows are made of special alloy steel and hot formed in totally controlled heat treatment plant to achieve the uniform hardness all over. Spec and performance index of bow spring casing centralizer meet API Spec 10D. The woven centralizer is connected by pin when in use, the unfolded centralizer can be stacked flatly for convenient storage and transportation.
