Spiral Blade Body Thermoplastic Centralizer is suitable for deviated wells and horizontal wells, to help center the casing in the wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations.
The Thermoplastic Centralizer is with design of one-piece composite construction and nylon material.

7) Installation of Spiral Blade Body Thermoplastic Centralizer
Spiral Blade Body Thermoplastic Centralizer can be installed on the casing with stop collars or with integral set screws. Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are freely floating there between.
