Float equipment serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations. Float equipment guids the casing to total depth and prevents contaminated mud from entering the casing. Also, it provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures great accuracy of cement slurry displacement.
Features Float Collar and Float Shoe
Float collar float shoe is supplied with plunger valve in most of the application.
Material used for float equipment is seamless casing grade steel.
The valve is high polymer plastic and valve is consisting of natural rubber coated on phenolic substance.
Float collar available in 5 1/2" to 20 "sizes + any special sizes.
Float shoe available in 4 1/2" to 20 "sizes + any special sizes
