API Casing Slip on Hydroform Spiragliders Heavy duty Spiralizers are specially designed for highly deviated horizontal wells and for use with liner hangers. The heavy steel construction is highly effective as compared to other alloys and its construction provides maximum standoff. These Centralizers provide low coefficient of friction to reduce drag forces while running in pipe thus optimizing mud displacement and minimizing pressure drop across the Centralizer. They have a high wear resistance and resist high side loads. These are available in all sizes ranging from 31/2" to 20". Designed specifically for positive centralization of casing pipe for highly deviated and horizontal wells. These are fitted with specially designed Boat shaped vanes for low friction to reduce drag force while running the pipe. Vane design also resists high side loads. One piece roll formed collars & spirally oriented vanes welded under controlled conditions for maximum rigidity and minimum distortion. Steel construction provides superior toughness over other materials and alloys. Spiral orientation creates vortex flow to optimize mud displacement and minimizes pressure drop across the spiralizer. Vanes can be selected to meet any hole dia from a choice of seven Boat profile depths. Slip on spiralizers are provided for direct installation on pipe by slipping on and can be provided with compatible stop collars slightly tapered on outside surface positioned by set screws. They are available in all sizes ranging from 31/2" to 133/8". They undergo a special process of rust prevention before painting . |
