Rigid centralizer
Rigid casing centralizer is used in deviated wells and horizontal wells. There are several blades on the rigid centralizer that can keep casing from contacting the wellbore wall

Roller rigid centralizer which is most suitable for highly deviated wells and horizontal wells has two or three rollers in each blade. It can change slipping friction to rolling friction, so the Roller rigid centralizer greatly reduces the friction between casing and wellbore wall and let casing go to desired position smoothly

 
Cast aluminum centralizer:
The smooth spiral 360 overlap solid vane design of centralizers provide max wall contact will not damage wellhead equipment, has high impact and shock resistance comand fluid swirl. The 30slope from the body to the height of the vane will eliminate scraping, or digging into the formation.

Fuction of casing centralizer:

2. Centralize casing in well.

4. Improving replacing ratio of mud and boosting cementing quality by reducing channeling effect.

Casing centralizers help center the casing in the wellbore during the cementing operations, allowing the cement to be evenly distributed around the casing string. The degree to which the casing is centered (standoff) depends on the performance of centralizer and the spacing between the centralizers installed on the casing OD.

The purpose of the Bow Spring Centralizer, both welded and non-welded, is to help center the casing in the wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations. The degree to which the casing is centered depends on the performance of the centralizer and the spacing between the centralizers installed on the casing OD. Bow Spring Centralizers also help reduce casing drag in the wellbore during running operations and prevent differential stroking of the casing. They increase fluid turbulence at the tool, helping to move filter cake from the wellbore. Both welded and non-welded Bow Spring Centralizers can be run through hole restrictions in the bore hole or smaller casing strings that are cemented in the well, which in turn centers the casing below the restriction

API Oilwell Casing Composite Roller Type Centralizer

This centralizer is the option for ultimate friction reduction, offering field proven lower friction co-efficient leading to superior drag and rotational torque reduction. It extends the current well construction boundaries on ERD and highly deviated wells.
The tool is made from a high temperature high-pressure injection moulded polymer.
• It is available in BOS21 standard grade polymer composite for most low friction requirements as well as BOS22 self lubricating polymer composite for low friction water based mud applications.
• The tools are available in Spiral (22-25°) or Passive (5°) angle bladed. configurations. Both blade styles are watermelon shaped to pass through casing and multi-lateral windows, washouts and tight spots.
